An Internship Dream Come True

As of last week, I am an Intern at Lemonstripe (easily the coolest business in Wilmington)! I am SO excited and cannot tell yall enough how blessed I feel to have this opportunity!

For starters Lemonstripe was started by two impressive UNCW Cameron School of Business grads, so they are off to a great start there ;) But the third employee is a lady who's style, skill, and blog I absolutely ADORE!

So Im sure yall get the point. They rock, the business rocks, but it STILL GETS BETTER! As an intern I will get to learn Wordpress (finally!), Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, how to shoot pictures of products and clients, Videography, and so much more marketing fun!

The two ladies of the company also took their passions to the next level and started a little daughter company, Mint102. Mint102 is basically gorgeous girly style and design incarnate in wedding and event branding. Check out their Etsy shop for examples of their work. Hopefully I will be able to help them expand their shop as well as with branding and designs! I just cant wait to learn from them!

Oh and one last little detail... they bought me adobe cs6! Yep you read that right,  the full suite for both my laptop and desktop!!!!! I had to update my poor old 2009 MacBook Pro for it to be compatible but I have been playing with it all weekend!

I made them little boxes of cookies, but I still dont think I could thank them enough for this opportunity!

It really is a dream come true!!
